Device PermissionsThe App requests access to device features only when required for core functionality:- Camera Access – Used to capture images of stains for analysis. The App does not record or store video.- Photo Library Access – Used only when you choose to upload an existing image.Permissions are requested through standard system prompts and may be revoked at any time through device settings.The App does not access device features in the background.4. Use of Artificial Intelligence- The App uses artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI to analyze images and generate stain removal advice.- AI-generated responses are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.- OpenAI processes data in accordance with its own privacy practices, providing protections consistent with this policy.5. Data Collection and Third-Party ServicesWe collect minimal data necessary to operate the App, which may include:- Anonymous usage data (such as scan counts and mode usage).- Purchase and subscription status (handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we receive confirmation only).We do not collect names, addresses, precise locations, or personal identifiers unless you voluntarily contact us.The App uses third-party services such as advertising and analytics providers (including Google AdMob and others).These services help support ads and improve app performance. Advertising- The free version of the App may display advertisements from third-party ad networks.- Ads are never shown during Emergency Mode.- Ad providers may use device identifiers and usage information for ad delivery in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.Users can manage ad personalization and tracking preferences through their device settings.9. User ResponsibilityYou are responsible for:- Following garment, surface, and manufacturer care instructions.- Using cleaning products according to their labeled directions.- Testing any method on an inconspicuous area before broader use.StainSlayer AI is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from use or misuse of information provided by the App.4. App ModesThe App includes multiple modes with different intended purposes:- Regular Mode provides general stain removal guidance.- Emergency Mode provides time-sensitive guidance for urgent stain situations. Advice remains informational only and results are not guaranteed.- Fun Mode is provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for real-world decisions.- Eco Mode prioritizes lower-impact and reduced-chemical cleaning approaches, which may require repetition or longer treatment times.5. User Feedback and ReportingUsers may report AI-generated responses that appear inaccurate, unsafe, or inappropriate using in-app tools.Reports may be reviewed to improve the App but do not guarantee specific changes or outcomes.6.
